    Open the link shown and confirm in the bot. Family support is linked to your account.

    Link the computer.

    Install the Chrome extension and enter the temporary code generated in the dashboard. Then manage everything remotely.

Pages and messages are analysed locally. A request is only sent to the family service when a review is requested.

  • Alerts do not include passwords, PINs or OTP codes.
  • The extension analyses the open message, not your entire inbox.
  • Telegram support is optional.

Review requests may include the address, domain and warning reasons. Google Safe Browsing checks, when configured, send the address to Google.

Does the protected person need an account?

No. The family manager creates the account and configures protection in the dashboard. On the protected computer, simply install the extension and link it using the temporary code.

Is Telegram required?

No. Local page and email analysis works without Telegram. Automatic approval requests and download approvals require the family manager to connect it.

Does it work on all devices?

This version is a Chrome extension for computers, focused on Windows. It does not include a protection app for mobile phones.

Does it detect every fraud attempt?

No. Sentelvo helps identify warning signs and ask for a second opinion. No analysis guarantees that a website or message is safe. Avoid sharing sensitive data when in doubt.

What happens when the computer goes offline?

The extension keeps its last valid saved configuration and catalogue. Family requests and dashboard changes need a network connection.
