Commercial status
Real charges are currently disabled. Displayed prices are the intended launch prices; tax information and commercial identification must be completed before accepting payments. Authorized beta access is free and does not require a card.
Plans and billing periods
Free: one member. Family: two members including the owner, at €4.99 monthly or €49.90 yearly. Family Plus: five members at €9.99 monthly or €99.90 yearly. Annual billing is paid upfront and provides 12 months for the price of 10. Each member can pair two installations.
Trial and renewal
When available, subscriptions may start with an optional 14-day card trial, once per family. Checkout displays the date and amount of the first charge. The subscription renews automatically until canceled; you can choose Free without a card. This rule does not apply to free beta access.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel the next renewal through the dashboard or Stripe portal and retain access until the period ends. Downgrades and billing-period changes take effect at renewal; immediate upgrades show the adjustment before confirmation. A failed renewal has a three-day grace period. Preferences and basic protection remain when returning to Free.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumer distance purchases normally have a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the applicable digital-service rules. A commercial trial does not replace these rights.
